In this role, you will be responsible for administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner, while providing exceptional resident care and services. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and other pertinent information
- Conduct SHUs (Skilled Health Updates) and provide resident care
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to Sunrise policies and procedures
- Report any concerns or incidents to the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse
Requirements:
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) certification
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
