About the Role
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and treatments safely and efficiently
- Review and document resident information
- Collaborate with the Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse on medication updates
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the RCD
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
Qualifications:
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- Maintain certifications and ongoing training as required by Sunrise and state/provincial regulations
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
