Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments to residents
- Document medication administration and resident care
- Conduct SHUs and provide resident care
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
Requirements
- CPR certification
- First Aid training
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interest
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
