Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we are seeking a dedicated Medication Management Professional to join our team.

This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. As a Medication Management Professional, you will be responsible for administering medications, documenting medication administration, and providing resident care in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living's Mission and policies.

About the Role

• Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
• Review and document medication administration records
• Collaborate with Resident Care Directors and Wellness Nurses to ensure accurate medication management
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to infection control procedures

Responsibilities & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certifications
• Experience working with seniors preferred
• Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
