Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership support and assistance to caregivers in delivering high-quality resident care

- Participate in Sunrise Quality Assurance & Clinical Meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to the health and wellness of the elderly population
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
