About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will provide top-notch care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Your responsibilities will include administering medications, reviewing daily logs, receiving medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse, and maintaining confidentiality of all resident information.
You will also be responsible for reporting any resident concerns made while administering medication to the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse and restocking the medication cart after each medication pass.
