Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and conduct SHUs as needed
- Provide resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise Senior Living Mission
- Partner with community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations
Training and Development:
- Regular training sessions with RCD and neighborhood coordinators
- Participation in engagement programs and processes to improve customer and team member satisfaction
- Ongoing education and re-education to maintain certifications and licenses
