Job Summary:
The LPN Medication Care Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medication and treatments safely and effectively. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services, promoting dignity and independence for each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides medication and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized service plans (ISPs)
- Conducts SHUs and provides resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living
- Maintains accurate records of medication administration and reports any concerns to the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse
- Works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications:
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
