Senior Medication Specialist LPN

Responsibilities

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents. This includes:

• Administering medications to residents according to their individualized care plans
• Documenting medication administration, including reading and notating the Daily Log
• Receiving medication updates from Resident Care Directors or Wellness Nurses
• Maintaining accurate records of medication administration, including dosages and times
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

In addition to these responsibilities, the LPN Medication Care Manager may also participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other activities that promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
