Senior Living Medication Specialist

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized service plans (ISPs) and medication orders from physicians;
• Document medication administration accurately and thoroughly in our electronic medical record system;
• Conduct routine vital sign checks and monitor residents' responses to medications;
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and registered nurses, to ensure comprehensive care;
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA;
