About the Program:
Sunrise Services is a social services agency that focuses on providing for the unmet needs of vulnerable individuals in our community and honor our employees who serve them. We provide caregiving services, behavioral health resources, vocational services, and much more! Our work is essential and dedicated to serving those who are elderly, disabled, or have mental health challenges.
Our office is known for its strong commitment to taking care of those in need in our local community. We provide persons in need of mental health support with wraparound services which include counseling, therapy, EMDR, medication management and employment services. Our client population includes chronically homeless individuals and/or those with persistent and serve mental illness.
Our staff is comprised of a tightly knit team of local therapists, case managers and psychiatric prescribers who enjoy a laid back, casual work environment. Candidates can expect to provide mental health counseling and case management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing coordination and collaboration of case management services
- Provide treatment planning, resource identification and development, and advocacy
- Provide service monitoring and follow-up
Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)
- Education: Bachelors in Psychology, Social Services, or related field.
- Licensure: Must have a Registered AAC or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience: Supervised practical experience in a clinical or rehabilitation (recovery) setting with persons with severe and persistent mental illnesses.
Schedule:
- M – F, 8:00am – 5pm
Compensation:
$22.05 - $23.54
Wages depend on applicable experience, certification, and licensure.
