Sunrise Services, INC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team!

Sunrise Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will have hands-on responsibility for buildings, equipment, and supplies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance, repair, and renovation of company buildings. Buildings are located in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Island Counties.
- Maintain Sunrise-owned facilities in good repair and working order, utilizing skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC, debris removal, etc.
- Perform installation and repair work in client facilities as approved by facility owner and Sunrise COO or CEO.
- Perform repair work such as painting and drywall repair.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as faucet repair or replacement, toilet repair or replacement, plunging, and using a snake or jetting to clear clogs.
- Perform remodeling work such as building walls, replacing cabinets, replacing doors, etc.
- Handle building maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, touch up paint, appliance repairs or replacement, drywall, shelving, etc.
- Move furniture and other office items as assigned.
- Remove snow and ice using shovel, snow blower, de-ice compound, and snowplow.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance and tasks as needed.
- Maintain records as required.
- Inventory and secure parts and supplies as needed.
- Keep assigned vehicle clean. Report any problems or issues with the vehicle.
Requirements: (Any Equivalent Combination of Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience)
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Experience with building maintenance, repairs, and renovation.
- Licensure/Certification: N/a
- Other Considerations:
- DSHS background clearance is required.
- Valid current Washington Driver’s License.
- Auto insurance.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Intermediate to advanced skill in utilizing hand and power tools.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, HVAC, etc.
- Will be placed on the On-call schedule. And may be required to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5 pm
Compensation:
- $22 - $28/hour
- Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
