Day to day operational management of in out licensing partnerships including :
Business Development

Accountable for setting up new partner onboarding across brand, product, sales & marketing seasonal
Manage seasonal product, design direction kick off meetings to provide product brand marketing direction; seek Client guidance on assortment planning topline distribution marketing planning with internal teams
Process management of product marketing approval process to ensure strong brand fit across product positioning, distribution, product & marketing
Manage season or yearly marketing direction; facilitate kick off to provide guidance on marketing creative concept, storyboards, final visual plans, as well as pr.
Create templates & initiate process systems to support growing out licensing business.
