Profile : Licensing / Merchandising / Project Management :

  • Day to day operational management of in out licensing partnerships including :

    Business Development

    Out License

  • Accountable for setting up new partner onboarding across brand, product, sales & marketing seasonal
  • Manage seasonal product, design direction kick off meetings to provide product brand marketing direction; seek Client guidance on assortment planning topline distribution marketing planning with internal teams
  • Process management of product marketing approval process to ensure strong brand fit across product positioning, distribution, product & marketing
  • Manage season or yearly marketing direction; facilitate kick off to provide guidance on marketing creative concept, storyboards, final visual plans, as well as pr.
  • Create templates & initiate process systems to support growing out licensing business.

  • Compile external licensing applications
  • Collect forecasting with geos
  • Collate commercial plan across product, distribution
  • Collect Intake Process With Geos Teams
  • Collate Post Launch Selling Reports

  • Review quarterly / yearly business plans & provide guidance opportunities for growth based on Client strategic direction
  • Monitor & support dialogs around actuals to forecast
  • Monitor royalty collection ap
  • Explore additional growth opportunities, around product, distribution

  • Monitor sales to forecast to gmr & create quarterly status updates
  • Monitor on time & accurate royalty reporting with ap
  • Support internal energy forecasting at contract stage
  • Manage forecasting reporting to external partners as needed
  • Legal / contracts

  • Review & understand all active contracts; support contractual execution (ie. Number of samples, approval timelines, royalty payment schedule, sell off terms & broadcast across the org
  • Work with partner & legal on contract amendments (low complexity)
