Description :
- The Company is on a journey to review all benefits programs, including well-being programs to ensure they are fit for purpose.
- The company is looking for someone with global benefits experience.
- Key activities include creating an inventory of all types of benefits programs in each country, identifying vendors, internal owners, cost, utilization, etc.
- Work with external consulting firm to get and review market practices; compare external practices with existing programs and work with the total rewards team to make recommendations.
- Collaborate with the total rewards team to prioritize initiatives.
- For example, how many countries to be reviewed and / or which programs to be reviewed first.
- Coordinate activities, data collection, etc with various teams- payroll, workday, ERLR, legal, finance, HRBPs, etc.
- Activities may include drafting communication materials, change management plans. Scope of work does not include US healthcare.
