Key Details :
Contract to hire opportunity - 9 month contract, with intent to move internally on a full time basis
Candidates must be a US citizen
Remote structure for the first 9 months, moved to a hybrid structure when moved to full time
Responsibilities :
Represent North America / Corporate Finance in weekly Global RTR Business Process Excellence meetings and report decisions to North America / Corporate Accounting Teams
Ensure harmonization of processes and systems with other regional counterparts
Collect business requirements and coordinate with Technical teams for system changes and improvements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
6 years of Accounting or Finance experience
Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of business implications
