Key Details:
- Contract to hire opportunity - 9 month contract with intent to move internally with the client on a full time basis
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Remote workiing structure for contract portion, hybrid structure once moved internally
Responsibilities:
- Represent North America/Corporate Finance in weekly Global RTR Business Process Excellence meetings and report decisions to North America/Corporate Accounting Teams
- Ensure harmonization of processes and systems with other regional counterparts
- Collect business requirements and coordinate with Technical teams for system changes and improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
- 6 years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Strong SAP knowledge, specifically experience with SAP FI/CO
- Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of business implications
Salary : $80 - $110
