- SCHEDULE / REMOTE FLEXIBILITY : Monday – Friday (Monday and Tuesday at HQ, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday remote)

- HOURS PER WEEK : 8 – 7 hours work 1 lunch
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT : Bachelors Degree in marketing, knowledge of retail platforms and ecommerce. Experience launching new products, thorough and communicates well

JOB SUMMARY :
Client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for all marketing activities on their assigned product(s) from inception to implementation to lead launches and grow existing products adoption. This role will focus on translating customer and market requirements into products with clear and differentiated value proposition and positioning.
This role requires a self-driven, highly multi-tasking individual who can work with cross-functional teams of senior leaders and individual contributors throughout a matrixed, distributed organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Product Launch : Manage new product development including product strategy, market research, business case development, product requirements definition, and leading the product launch.
o Develop target audience personas
o Build positioning and test messaging
o Develop and execute Go-to-Market plan
o Develop collateral and promotional materials
o Public relations activities
o Packaging, sell sheet, submittal, installation manuals, PDP infographics, marketing promo videos and POP displays.
o Develop compelling marketing assets such as sales enablement materials, website content, case studies, brochures, and whitepapers including asset distribution.
o Build out internal and external sales training
o Build and maintain partnership with B2C audience
o Develop and execute marketing communication strategies at all levels of the marketing funnel
o Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product promotion, encompassing positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans
o Utilize digital marketing, social media, email campaigns and participation in industry events for optimal reach, ensuring coherence across all marketing channels
o Build thought leadership narrative and create value-add content to drive consideration (e.g. infographics, blog, vlog, testimonials)
o Develop and revise marketing strategies and plans; execute campaigns by leveraging various channels depending on marketing objectives
o Identify KPIs and work to improve the KPIs by measuring, analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities
o Analyze campaign performance, offering insights for refinement and enhancement
