Job description.
- We are looking for a contractor to support our Daily Depot operations. The role includes using ServiceNow to manage incidents and requests, resolving equipment and application issues, and deploying equipment.
- Responsibilities encompass tasks for new hires, upgrades, asset updates, peripherals, shipping boxes for equipment returns, receiving incoming equipment, and addressing various task requests in our queues.
- Additionally, the contractor will assist with imaging and QA of equipment, refreshes, iPhone support, equipment repairs, receiving and storing new hardware from vendors, and other miscellaneous tasks related to our daily support activities.
