Note : This is a temporary hybrid position. 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week. Training will be 100% onsite, after which candidates will work in a hybrid arrangement.
Job Description :
- Experience in helpdesk support is required.
- Experience in Windows 10, MS Office 365, ServiceNow ticketing system, iPhone and Android support, general hardware / software issues
- Troubleshoots problems and provides timely resolution.
- Answers calls related to PC and host applications, hardware and connectivity problems.
- Understands established service level agreements, and effectively works to meet or exceed those standards.
- Exhibits a cooperative attitude and attentiveness to customer needs and skill levels through exceptional telephone skills.
- Calms frustrated callers and is recognized by customers as helpful.
