Title : Regional Operations Manager
Immediate Supervisor : Regional Director, Owner
Position : Exempt Non-Exempt
General Job Summary :
Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations for a regional level, high value or high volume business above and beyond the standard Operations Manager scop of responsibility.
Principal duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervise all aspects of business from supplies to staff and production.
- Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done at the end of each day.
- Responsible for maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews.
- Maintain contract and / or performance schedule.
- Oversee day-to-day performance of staff.
- Responsible for all administrative functions necessary to document work including but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
- Ensure safety practices and procedures and human resource policies and procedures are being followed at all times.
- Work with HR to recruit and onboard staff.
- Work with ownership to recruit and upsell existing customers and business volume.
- Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.
