Purpose
To ensure group homes, facilities and properties for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are well maintained with quality craftsmanship and meet all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance
Essential Functions
Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned
Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor
Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order
Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
Performs all other duties as assigned
