- Current United States of America Pickleball Association (USAPA) certified professional or Professional Pickleball Registry PPR certification other equivalent certifications preferred
- Experience of a minimum of one year leading small groups, clinics, teams, or large group pickleball/tennis instruction while displaying a positive, encouraging, and upbeat attitude at all times.
- Ability to play pickleball & influence on-court pickleball instruction. Pickleball playing ability of 4.0 or above is preferred but not required.
- Ability to create and deliver dynamic, high-energy, engaging, and fun lessons for all ages and levels.
- Ability to meet the needs of individuals of all abilities, ages, backgrounds, and interests, as well as manage group dynamics.
Pickleball Season
Season runs from spring through early fall.
Anticipated Hours
To be determined based upon availability, and clinic and private lesson scheduling.
The Good Stuff
Starting Wage Range: $30-40 per hour
Also, as a part-time SROA employee, you'll have access to SROA's recreation amenities including SHARC, disc golf, tennis & pickleball courts, and SROA boat launch river access.
