Staffing Coordinator:
- Staffing Coordinators focus on recruiting, engaging, staffing, and supporting our swim instructors - a growing and diverse group of independent contractors. It’s like a puzzle every day to recruit and find an instructor to fit each client’s unique requests.
- A key part of the job is also communicating policies to new hires and strengthening relationships with long-time contractors. By helping instructors succeed, our clients stay happy and students learn vital water safety skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Review applicants, interview and hire selected applicants
- Engage, manage new hires and long-time contractors’ accounts to track performance
- Act as a resource for applicants and contractors
- Conduct phone interviews with applicants across the country
- Make hiring decisions with our clients’ best interest in mind
- Review and respond to instructor requests
- Find the right swim instructor for new clients
- Manage instructor accounts to track performance
- Communicate efficiently with instructors through all platforms
- Conduct online onboarding sessions with selected new hires
- Work efficiently with all of the departments to address and solve problems
- Work proficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Expertly predict, avert issues, & come up with a creative solution in a timely manner
- Keep current with changes, issues, and concerns
- Assist contractor with any changes in their current contract

Position Info:
- Seasonal, full-time position until September 2023 (40/hours per week)
- Requires flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Pay: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
Salary : $16 - $19
