What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager South East (Outdoor Power Equipment) position at Sunseeker North America, Inc.?
The Regional Sales Manager is part of the Dealer sales team and adds value for Sunseeker and it's dealers by building a business relationship that facilitates each dealer's growth, performance, and success. The RSM is responsible for securing and developing new dealers that help meet sales and market-share goals for the territory. This position will plan, enhance, and measure the performance of assigned dealers, as well as service the dealer base. This job regularly requires in person product presentations and training. Required travel is up to 70% with overnights required. This position is for the South East Territory. (FL, GA, AR, MS, SC, TN, AL,NC)
The Position :
- Develop an action plan to increase the company’s brand position in assigned territory
- Gain, Maintain and Build Dealer confidence
- Make planned dealer visits and chronicle the discussions and outcomes
- Demonstrate equipment and provide product application training and support
- Work with dealers to help develop their robotics and OPE business
- Train dealers with the latest robotics information and practices (Installations / Service)
- Monitor dealer inventory levels and drive business adjustments as required
- Train / Assist with Robotic Mower Installations (Ability to lift 50lbs)
- Represents Sunseeker products at trade, industry, and dealer shows
