What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant to Property Manager position at SunSeeker Rentals & Property Management?
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations
- Assist the Property Manager with HOA notices and TPT notices and compliance
- Assist with record keeping
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is a PLUS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Appfolio is a PLUS
- Basic clerical duties
