Job Title : Skilled Nursing LPN

Shift : 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 30 am, 12-hour nights
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week, 36 hours FTE
Experience : Minimum of 3 months of LTC experience in LPN position
License : Active LPN license
Certifications : BLS
Must-Have : Graduate from an accredited nursing program
Job Description :
- Provide care to assigned residents safely and efficiently, adhering to nursing standards and individualized resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards.
- Update care plans as needed.
- Comply with all related laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Fulfill obligations under the organization's corporate compliance program.
- Directly supervise assigned employees, handling responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training, planning, and directing work.
- Address complaints and resolve problems, fostering a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Ensure all physical and mental job requirements are met, with accommodations made for individuals with disabilities as necessary.
- Work in a moderate noise environment and meet weight lifting requirements of up to 35 lbs.
