Responsibilities
- You assume overall responsibility for all operations of the Dietary Department
- You work with residents and other team members to plan menus and food service programs
- You also monitor the stock level of food, supplies, and equipment and order as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER
Current CDM certification.
Willing to assist with certification for the right candidate.
Must know dietary procedures, related laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to nursing home operation.
One year of experience in long term care.
One year of supervisory experience.
A desire to work with seniors
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Supervising experience: 3 years (Preferred)
