Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring that outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and inviting. As a Groundskeeper, you will play a vital role in the upkeep of our grounds, utilizing your knowledge of landscaping and lawn care to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Maintain garden areas by weeding, mulching, and pruning as necessary.
• Monitor the condition of the landscape and report any issues or needed repairs to management.
• Ensure all groundskeeping equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Assist in seasonal landscaping projects to enhance the overall appearance of the property.

Experience

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
