About the Role
Fully qualified LVNs/PNs will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans to ensure resident needs are met under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. This involves taking an active role in direct resident assessment and care, supervising and coordinating nursing personnel in providing direct resident care, and formulating individualized nursing care plans utilizing the nursing process.
