About the Role:
Sunset Transportation is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager with experience in upselling and cross-selling within freight brokerage. Your role will be critical to our record-breaking growth, as you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our most strategic accounts across multiple business segments.

Ensure continued growth in accordance with each client’s (SOPs)
Maintain and grow existing accounts to meet company goals
Exceed monthly and annual expectations for profitable growth
Provide unparalleled customer service
Upsell Sunset Transportation solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in freight brokerage, specifically truckload and LTL.
Proven success in building and growing customer accounts
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Business acumen and customer service experience
Strong salesmanship and presentation abilities
