Job Description
Who are we?
Sunshine ABA Therapy Services provides ABA therapy to special needs kids and their families, specifically focusing on helping the family achieve more unity and harmony in their home. We care about all aspects of family life, by supporting parents and teaching them valuable skills to set their child up for success. We see kids excel further and faster as they get the help and encouragement they need, not only from us but their family members as well. That's why our slogan is 'ABA Therapy for a Brighter Future.' Not only do we care about our clients, but we especially care about our employees! We want to support and help you through all the different phases of your life as well. When you are hired with Sunshine ABA Therapy, you don't just get a job, you get a supportive network and encouraging friends.
From our experience in the field and other staff we worked with, a majority of them are overworked, vastly under supervised, and burnt out. We want to make a change! With Sunshine ABA, you'll receive the first 3 months of work with extra supervision and training from your BCBA and the Admin department. This is according to your needs and current skill level. We want to help you feel 100% comfortable and prepared! After the initial 3 months, you'll still receive ongoing supervision and the chance to contact your BCBA or the Admin department at any time, with any questions. If you need a change or have a concern, we welcome your feedback and open communication at any time. We want to work with you and your needs, making Sunshine ABA a place you want to be! So come and be part of our Sunshine family today!
