Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Summer Program Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn and grow during their summer break. You will be leading group activities, supervising recreational games, and facilitating team-building exercises.
Responsibilities:
- Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for campers.
- Provide care and supervision for campers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and socialization.
- Manage group dynamics and ensure that all campers participate in activities.
- Provide feedback to parents and camp directors on the progress and development of campers.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Prior experience working with children in a camp or similar setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.
- Must have the ability to work outdoors and participate in physical activities.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
Working Hours:
- Option 1: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
- Option 2: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
