Your Role
- Provide legendary customer service to every customer, every time.
- Accurately transact customer purchases or process returns in order to clear customer lines
- Greet and serve customers in Sunshine ACE Hardware departments.
- Maintain and build upon your product knowledge by participating in training, online learning and vendor demonstrations/training sessions as requested
- Offer friendly advice, guidance and product information.
- Guide customers to the location of the products within the store.
- Maintain your assigned department while assisting other departments as needed.
- Work alongside your retail team, promote best practices, contribute towards daily sales and maintain high standards of department and store appearance.
- Address customer complaints in a positive manner and involve store management when necessary
- Actively participate in all sales promotions and other campaign
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness

About You
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
- Willing to learn on the job and complete web-based training.
- Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
