Your Role

• Greet and serve customers in the assigned department. Offer advice or information.
• Guide customers through projects.
• Help unload incoming trucks and stock merchandise.
• Maintain your assigned department.
• Accurately complete financial transactions.
• Actively participate in all sales promotions and other campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness.
• Work alongside your retail team.
• Demonstrate Sunshine Ace's famous customer service.
  
  

About You

• Previous experience with customer service or financial transactions preferred, but not required.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Knowledge and experience of items within the following departments are preferred: Electrical, Hardware, Housewares, Lawn & Garden, Plumbing and/or Tools.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
• Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
