Requirements:ROLE: Plan, execute, and oversee projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring seamless integration of manufacturing processes and systems to meet project goals and industry standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Develop and manage aerospace projects, ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Lead project teams and coordinate the work of all personnel involved in the project.
- Develop, track, and report on project performance metrics to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments when necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Perform risk assessment and management activities to minimize project risks.
- Develop and manage budgets for projects and ensure that all costs are within budget.
- Participate in change control board (CCB) processes to ensure updated information is provided to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure that all tasks are completed in the specified timeframe and budget.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- PMP Certification preferred
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILS OR ABILITIES
Communication Skills: Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Ability to create and manage KPI's measuring performance of departments objectives. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees, leadership, and customers. Ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Budgeting: Thorough understanding of financial management principles related to aerospace project
Reasoning abilities: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of aerospace systems and components, as well as familiarity with various engineering methodologies and processes. Ability to develop and manage project plans, delegate tasks, manage resources, and communicate performance expectations. Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 a plus.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills, strict attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Leadership Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in developing and executing a project plan
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
