Expectations:
1. Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience
2. Greet customers with a bright smile and positive attitude while offering them detailed explanations of our signature products and services
3. Utilize problem-solving, active listening, and exceptional service skills to meet or exceed sales goals
4. Operate a paystation and point-of-sale system to invoice and properly order vehicles to be loaded into the tunnel
5. As needed, assist crews in managing the vehicle queue.
6. Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness and appearance such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by management
7. Follow all Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including employee appearance guidelines

- Skilled in basic math, cash register operation, and customer service
- Experience in product demos and sales techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Previous experience in technical sales and electronics sales
