This role will work under the supervision of the Community Relations Manager to help implement marketing strategies, manage social media content, and support community engagement initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Create, schedule, and monitor content across various social media platforms.
- Help coordinate community events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Maintain organization of marketing materials and communications.
- Support the development of newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights on outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with SCHC’s mission.
- Assist with filling operational gaps within SCHC as needed, ensuring flexibility and a collaborative approach across departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with basic graphic design or marketing tools is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving needs and tasks with guidance and training.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from high school or the equivalent. Possess at least two years of related work skills such as medical office or similar with proven training.
