Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the food truck, including staffing, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling standards.
- Train and supervise staff in food service techniques, customer service practices, and cash register operations.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues.
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Pay: $18.42 - $19.22 per hour
