Job Description
This position is responsible for the leadership for care provided in Adult Family Homes. The Administrator maintains the values based culture of Sunshine Adult Family Homes and Sunshine Health Facilities, Inc. by monitoring the clinical outcomes for the program as supported and directed by corporate leadership. The Administrator in concert with corporate leadership will participate and lead program development based on unmet needs and opportunities. This position will also be accountable for assuring effective community outreach and relations to referral sources, allocation of resources, and management of staff productivity.
