Responsibilities
- Coordinate management of client’s outpatient mental health benefits under PHP for persons assigned to primary caseload including monitoring of individual treatment plans and achievement of treatment goals.
- Implementing procedures for medication storage, reordering, administration and client compliance.
- Administers medications as directed. Observe for effectiveness and side effects.
- Do routine assessment of physical complaints; monitor ongoing medical problems and make client referrals for medical emergencies and routine follow-ups.
- Maintain and enhance customer service to ensure that both external and internal customers of the facility have a positive experience.
- Ensure assigned staff complies with all state WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures.
- Perform facility charting requirements, correspondence, SALs and other paperwork in a complete and timely manner.
