ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Provide related instructions and supervise students.
- Proctor and grade tests.
- Document students progress and complete required forms/reports in their entirety.
- Prepare and submit a course of study including program objectives.
- Student performance objectives and lesson plans.
- Perform other duties related to this position requested by the director of nursing program, and company management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- NYS Licensed, Registered, in good standing.
- Minium of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse in New York.
- Minium of 5 year experience as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care at either CHHA, LHCSA or Hospice Program.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching students to become certified as HHA or PCA's.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Valid Nursing Degree.
- Valid Nursing License.
- Valid CPR Certification.
