Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update service department records, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment logs.
- Prepare, sort, and file documents electronically and physically.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as emails, letters, and memos.
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on pending work orders.
- Provide accurate information about service timelines and status updates.
- Data Management:
- Enter, verify, and update data in company systems accurately.
- Track and report on key service metrics, such as job completions and customer feedback.
- Assist in generating invoices and managing billing processes.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with technicians, vendors, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory for the service department.

Qualifications:
