GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the providing manufacturing operations with material support to ensure on-time product delivery to our customers. Activities will focus on planning and purchasing within our ERP system, and production control functions to coordinate and expedite components for production.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to the following):
- Managing sourcing decisions covering selected commodities to ensure end products meet technical, financial, and operational requirements.
- Convert customer requirements into purchase orders using production schedules and engineering Bills of Material.
- Provide production control support by issuing manufacturing orders, communicating schedule priority, and addressing component shortages.
- Reschedule, track, and expedite open orders to assure on-time deliveries are achieved.
- Serve as the liaison among suppliers, engineering, planning, stockroom, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Implement Supply-Cain management strategies to achieve: lowest total costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, on-time delivery based on PO request dates, and lead-time reductions.
- Support and conduct business process improvement activities.
- Results driven with a can-do attitude, collaborative style and high-energy approach
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries to build consensus and drive action
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Experience with SAP
- Strong computer skills
- Manufacturing knowledge
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate with all departments, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional matter. Must be a team player
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
- Must be able to support Shipping/Receiving.
Bachelors degree and/or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Control. Manufacturing and forklift experience preferred.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
