Sales Support Overview and Job Description
Customer focused professional responsible for assisting the sales team and providing essential support for effective sales operations.
Essential Job Functions
· Support and participate in the development and presentation of all departmental line reviews and request for quote opportunities.
· Assists and manage ad-hoc reporting and special projects.
· Participates in team selling and new product development processes as a data/consumer insights analyst/expert.
· Collects, analyzes, and interprets Walmart Retail Link POS / other retailers POS trends and offers actionable insights and observations.
· Supports the development of fact-based sales initiatives.
· Must have the ability to handle several projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and exhibit good technical and problem-solving techniques.
· Create and Maintain new and existing items new items with All Dot Com
· Maintain 4.5-star rating and 95% content score for ALL Dot Com items.
· Work with BazaarVoice to ensure authentic reviews.
· Communicate with overseas team members
Education and Experience
· Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written Organizational skills.
· Must be proficient with Excel, including use of pivot tables, financial functions, data analysis, auditing and additional functions, advanced formatting and analysis tools.
· Must also possess a working knowledge of Windows and related software applications.
· Working knowledge of Retail Link Item 360, Supplier One, and Seller Center
Working Conditions
· Full Time in Office position, 8-5, M thru F
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
