Duties

- Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when necessary, including handling outbound calls for follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer support roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with computerized systems and chat software is advantageous.
- Ability to demonstrate patience and empathy while assisting customers.
- Previous experience in outbound calling is beneficial but not required.
