The Service Specialist will be focused on communicating with customers regarding their service needs, monitoring customer solar systems for initiating service and completing analysis for customer compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Make necessary phone calls to update customers regarding their project and status of service
- Answer incoming phone calls to update customers regarding their project and address their concerns and/or questions
- Record all communications with customers within CRM
- Pull reporting to monitor solar related issues and initiate service calls to address issues with systems
- Complete analyses for customers reporting that their utility bills are higher than expected and/or requesting delay reimbursements
- Navigate manufacturer monitoring systems to build necessary site maps for system monitoring purposes
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Attention to details even under pressure
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • Documentation management
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High school or equivalent required, some college preferred
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Solar industry experience preferred
