Sunsplash Pools and Spas is seeking a dedicated Retail Manager for our Cottonwood location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, effective team management, and the ability to handle inventory and ordering processes efficiently. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations within the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring exemplary customer service through heavy phone and email communication.
- Manage the ordering of supplies and parts, while collaborating with team members on work orders.
- Create and process warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain pool routes through software management, working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and pool technicians.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel is helpful.
- Proven track record in customer service; the ability to engage with customers effectively is a must.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently while managing responsibilities.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays required.
