Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and package products for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate equipment such as reach trucks and pallet jacks to move materials safely.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing stock.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
