Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be willing and able to obtain a Missouri Insurance License
- 1-2 years working in the insurance industry a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
Primary Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, providing refreshments as needed
- Maintain the office's professional appearance, ensuring conference rooms are neat and prepared for meetings
- Answer and route overflow calls promptly and accurately
- Process incoming mail and manage logistics for outgoing correspondence
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, coordinating with the Office Manager to ensure stock levels
- Organize and coordinate office events to foster a positive and engaging work environment
- Manage meeting logistics, oversee conference room bookings, catering arrangements, and equipment setup
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities in collaboration with the Office Manager
- Provide administrative support, including printing ID cards, certificates, proposals, and other necessary documents
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property (must be licensed)
- Assist various departments on special projects or additional tasks assigned by management
