What You’ll Be Doing:
- Knock on doors to engage with potential customers in residential neighborhoods.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, battery storage, roofing, HVAC, and other home efficiency solutions.
- Schedule appointments for in-home or virtual solar consultations—no hard selling, just getting them to the table.
- Call Hot leads from Google, Facebook, and digital channels.
- Represent SunStar Solutions with a positive, professional attitude in the community.
- Track and manage leads using our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance goals and get rewarded for your efforts.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Confident, goal-oriented, and money-driven individuals.
- Strong communicators who can engage and build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently in the field.
- Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working door-to-door in the DFW metroplex.
